when one baker pulls an ironman shift and bakes for hours and hours and hours
anons naturally assume that means the Kitchen has plenty of staff
everything runs smooth
no requests for handoff
that means everything is covered right?
well, when you have one baker pulling back to back 18+ hour shifts, that couldn't be farther from the truth
as shitty as they are
one bread baking
e-bakes
and ghosted bakes
are the "stimulus" that might alert anons to the NEED for bakers
I understand the sentiment
make the sacrifice,
prvide stability to the board
bake for hours and hours non-stop
but it does create a false sense of stability
we need more than the 4-5 consistent bakers we currently have
