Here's the proof. Only republican ballots were printed misaligned leading to adjudication = changed votes.

Printing on ballots in demorat area was correct.

–Printing on ballots in republican area was misaligned, printed off center to cause error in machine to force adjudication. Fraud can be done easily on a simple piece of paper printed wrong.

He asks for EO for physical ballots and digital copies are audited/scanned
