It's clownery, but it seems to be of the soft-disclosure White Hat variety.

Made in 2019, The Nimitz Encounters is a 32 minute video that includes several ex-Mil guys talking about their encounter with the UFO's that were in the recent official disclosure of Navy video purporting to show UFOs.

It sure sounds like these guys were allowed to talk, and at the end it almost sounded like an invitation for others who were suffering ill effects from these encounters to take heart or reach out for help.

As with all clownery, discernment is key. I don't go looking for videos but just happened to come across it.
