So if I'm understanding the play correctly, Trump signs the bill with objection to all the pork crap, and sends it back to Congress.
Congress gonna do what Congress does best: fuck around arguing/debating, let special interest groups write the rewrite, drop a less shitty bill, and then force a vote just in time for their next recess.
Then Trump, based on the ICA, will defer releasing the funds for the BS pork crap while releasing funding for the PPP, stimulus checks, and other necessities that aren't just pork crap. He can defer until the end of the FY, which is Sept 30, 2021 (if I'm understanding this correctly).
Meanwhile, Jan 6 rolls up, the shit show happens where we finally learn who's a white hat and who's a traitor. Trump then rounds up the traitors before Jan 20, retains the Presidency, and then goes back to who's left in Congress (presumably all white hats) and tells them to rescind the rest of the pork crap he's currently deferring.
In short, Trump play long game. Congress still stuck on short game stupidity.
That's just my two cents.
