It seems like the whole ICA 1974 thing
popped but what I'm still wondering about
is the Congress OVERRIDING the NDAA
Veto which has that Insurrection Act languaging
that hamstrings Q+ power to invoke it.
Can someone please spell this out for
those of us who don't fully understand?
What's the likelihood of Congress
being successful at this override?
And, where does that leave us and the
Insurrection Act if they do?
