Obviously, either Pence is DS, or he is not.

Many Anons have canvassed this topic over dozens of recent Breads.

Personally, I have no idea whatsoever, and certainly no special or inside knowledge, and so no opinion on the question.

As a hypothesis, though, suppose Pence is DS – and note, that on Jan. 6, 2021, it is he who will preside over the Senate "acceptance" of the EC vote results, and he will adjudicate any challenges. Under this scenario, he would be as much of a blocker to redress of the electoral fraud, as has been SCOTUS SJ Roberts.

Which would mean another dead end for Q+ (and by extension, Anons).

But what if Pence is the first arrest? Obviously, this would "Shock The World" – but it also would permit POTUS to appoint a new VP, who wouldn't be a DS "blocker".

Could Constitution Law Fags weigh in here, please? In this hypothetical, how would all that play out (if at all)?

Thanks.
