@ around the 33 min mark, Dr. Frankenstein discusses how to encode and decode imagery in a person's DNA. The upshot is that it creates a means of complete control over the person. He is very excited about this and thinks West Point cadets ought to be, too.

 

Consider the possibilities. Gates' mRNA "vaccine" is DNA steganography. It creates an "information interface" that can be programmed at will by whomever has the keys and equipment.

reminds me of something I read in "Understanding Media," which was first published late 1950's. He said that one day media content providers will "pay you" to watch commercials; that ultimately what the seek from you is your attention.

should add here that McLuhan's work was adopted as something of a playbook by the Clinton Administration – their rollout of the WWW was accompanied by high sounding rhetoric about the "Global Village" and other terms that originated with McLuhan.
