it's a copyright issue that will be in play. Similar to the shit that happened in europe a few years ago. What they do not realize, is we are already under attack and being censored, so with out section 230 being destroyed none of it matters anyways. At worst an argument could be made for parody or art. Either could be substantiated. It's reactionaries right now just realizing their thoughts are being criminalized, thing is they have been for years. If it does come to that we just figure out new ways of doing things anyways. Nothing stops the memes.
exactly, which is why i said its just reactionaries right now. Thankfully we still have a constitution and people willing to fight for it. And current law already has fair use elements. Its why Fury had problems with his case actions. Could it go away, YES. that is why we are fighting now though, so that future generations can make dank memes and kek.
