Yes, Biden will definitely be confirmed. What happens then though? Do the attendees at the rally go on a rampage? My intuition says that whatever happens will be something nobody is thinking of because so far, I haven't read or heard one thing that's been accurately forecasted. All eyes will be on D.C. though, that's for sure.
