Trump was clearly well ahead of the game this year. on 3/18 (mere 7 days after Wed 3/11 big speech and CDC defining it 'pandemic'), he first tweeted the term INVISIBLE ENEMY.
Then, on 12/23 (D-1 if we're still counting that way), he posted a video which implicitly referred back to all the Times Trump has used the phrase, and explained that INVISIBLE ENEMY is communism.
Trump has also used the term CHINA VIRUS. To me, China Virus has its own meaning. The tyranny, the implausible type of Republic, which we are NOW seeing being implemented in America, threats of social credit scores, and such things. Today, a twitter user pointed out how Keanu Reeves was being used as an example of banned islamic hairstyle in China.
These phrases are important. Trump is a great communicator. He's communicating to his audience, and the communications should be considered in that context.

A lot of those state govs may't be seething but their people aren't. For me, zero doubt that VA and NH and NV and MN went Trump legally. 99% sure MD and NJ and Los Angeles. It wouldn't surprise me 1 bit if the 410 count is accurate
