Hrm…so this is proof that Mueller referred some investigation to the USAO-SDNY in which a grand jury has been impaneled.

US Attorney Berman just SKIPPED SENATE CONFIRMATION and was CONFIRMED UNANIMOUSLY AS US ATTORNEY BY THE FEDERAL COURTS ON WED 4/25/18.
