Ok can someone speak to me like i am five. Did Trump sign this bill or not, i know he sent it back but was that only a partial send back or full. Does the government still face shut down then tomorrow? Am i missing something or are we just still i the dark.
I thought this was packaged in a way something with omnibus spending or something that it was an all or nothing approach. Either way if he does not sign it and the government is unfunded, that bill that should kick into law automatically can not because of the shut down. I might just be retarded though.
