The other cop says "Makes sense." WTF!
Then, when they reach the corner, one cop says (over radio?) "Turn right on 5th..." as though they are being guided or are reciting instructions.
Also, in the longer clip as they are walking by the RV one cop says, "it looks like a movie set" and then one of them says like "the Purge."
Are we watching a movie?
