Well, anything under 3" at 300 yards, technically is sub-MOA.

 

Realistically, at 300 yards, with really good, tuned equipment, and comparable shooter skills, at 300 yards, it better be under an inch, and damm close to a half inch for 5 shots. Possibly better!

LMAO! I have a retired Army friend that says that. Go ahead and hit a one inch dot at 300 yards, consistently, with your iron sights.

 

I'll wait. (he cant even hit the 6" target at that range with open sights).
