You know what, idk. Who's to say he wasn't a black hat? Expanding my mind. I can't get past his response to the explosion though. Only explanation is that he's prior service. I think his lack of an instantaneous reaction to the explosion suggests foreknowledge. I also don't believe a bomber with malicious intent would give advanced notice.
