In noVa visiting family- I stepped outside to smoke and there's something that looks like a star
flickering and such
but more so
slowly rising over the house across the street
over the course of a cigarette, the thing rose and kept rising.
flickering like crazy
noVA like near DC
any idea what it could be?
it's not a plane, it's more like a star but it's on the move
