Pence was raised Roman Catholic. He certainly qualifies as HRC.
Biden definitely qualifies but at this point he has no public ranking unless he takes office. However, he would also be Commander in Chief in charge of the military so would he still be a 'Citizen' in the Roman hierarchy? Don't know enough to answer that.
Just thinking outside the box. Have to wait and see what Pence does to see where his loyalties lie.
