Not always. Depends on the company. My Wacom tablet that I use to make memes was made in China. Wacom is a Japanese company. I've used this tablet for about 2.5 years, even spilled drinks on it, and the only issue I ever had involved a driver update. China is capable of producing quality, but feet must be held to fire.
