You understand that there are mountains surrounding Zagreb, right? The African plate is still very mobile and could be responsible for the EQs in that region, along with Greece which is very active at the moment as well.

However, I asked myself the same question about the March EQ. I have no doubt there are secret tunnels in those mountains.
