Pennsylvania Sec of State Kathy Boockvar has interesting history of employment. She formerly worked for Advancement Project. “The Advancement Project (AP) was established in 1999 by a group of civil rights lawyers as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, nonprofit organization. While its stated objective is to address race and civil rights issues through the legal system and community activism, AP is in fact a key left-wing agitation group that organizes opposition to voter identification laws.”
A large funder for the group is of course Open Society / George Soros.
In August 2019, Boockvar was appointed to serve as the Elections Committee Co-Chair for the National Association of Secretaries of State (NASS), working with her co-chair and Secretaries of State across the country to share best practices and provide the most secure and accessible elections to all eligible voters.

So what I’m hearing is this - a Soros affiliated puppet was appointed as SoS for one of the most important states in the election and also chosen to co-chair an organization which assists all other states’ Secs of State in identifying “best practices” for voting…this sounds like a plan that no one will ever notice…where there’s smoke there’s fire.
