Wouldn't it just be easier to share the list of names of people that TOOK the vax instead of making a NEW LIST of people that didn't take it? Seems absurd to me.
No, I understand that, but if you have the list of names of people that got the vax then by default if your name isn't on it then the implication is you didn't take it. The one list of names has both data sets in it so to speak. So why the need for 2 lists? Just for pushing fear on those who didn't take it?
