the studies can't make up their mind because words like bacon and coffee aren't strictly defined real bacon (actually smoked and cured pork belly) is not the same as cheap bacon (pork belly pumped full of chemicals to mimic real bacon), real coffee (whole bean) is not the same as cheap pre ground coffee (full of all kind of garbage to fill a 3 LB can as cheaply as possible)
