I can call for a grand jury indictment by presenting evidence to my county sheriff on anyone in the nation, including you.
The sheriff then decides if the grand jury should be conviened. I don't need the FBI or DOJ involved.
Problem is, this happens thousands of times a day, every day in this nation, and the sheriff says 'the tinfoilers are back at it again".
