Q is saving Israel for last because of the deep rooted "muh anti-semitism" that has been programmed into Americans for generations, we are not quite there yet with the redpills (need to focus on red pilling on other things first), plus if we tried red-pilling on Israel with the normies, they would probably recoil a bit because of said programming.
Don't forget, Q also said some time back that the deeper we go the more crazy and unrealistic the information Q is bringing to light will seem.
