You can advance technology, yeah, but it still needs electricity to be powered from.
Electricity is modular. You can adjust frequencies, strength and lots of other things.

You can do that by interfering the connections. They send out micro waves with a specific frequency. Frequency is nothing else than a interference pattern. Most of these technologies are uncommon, but I can assure you this is what the Cabal is using against POTUS, Q, MIL and society (to be specific: problematic parts of society). Russia is known to have the best electricians in their country and by far the best technology. So my bet is, that POTUS is well aware that the deepstate just used RU to scare the people to believe they are a real threat. But in fact, they are a threat to the deepstate, because their (DeepState) EM weapons are decades old and they suffer of not getting enough experts on that issue to solve it. Btw. it is their own fault, because they used to kill those people who invented these ttechnologies. Best example is Nikola Tesla. Every scientific researcher is well aware of that and is scared to even discuss it on a public basis, because of the repression/death fear.
So what can we learn of this: We either unite openly with the russians or this has to take place in other countries, also known as proxy war.
