Just because you're blood-kin doesn't necessarily mean they will share your values.

To wit, my own brother recently got "caught" by his wife with a bunch of app notifications from places like Tinder, Parler, Pornhub, etc.

Instead of 'fessing up, he blamed me for creating and (and funding) a bunch of accounts in his name, and then secretly hacking his phone with a bunch of apps…and he's actually sticking to that story. :P

My poor mother is caught in the middle while taking care of my 90 yo grandmother and waiting for me to finish a remodel so she can get out of assisted-living.

He doesn't seem to care about anyone except himself and his "image"…your situation sounds similar so i can empathize.

On the bright side, this anon is gonna be a Paw Paw! Not a lot in this world that can ruin that happy feeling…not even a shit-heel family member. :D
