If bakers post a tripcode in their top 5 posts that they maintain for themselves, then tripcoded bakers can earn a "reputation'.
Anons can then rapidly choose the baker tripcode that has a good reputation and ignore the garbage injected to disrupt the board.
This does not compromise baker's anonymity and allows Anons to identify good bread over sourdough.
Here's to accountability for behavior, minus any doxxing risk.
