Zero evidence anything ever occurred. Brady was ultimately suspended for "possibly knowing about something that possibly happened." Ultimate goal of the league was to get a court to say commish could punish anyone at any time with no due process nor consistency in process. They got it.
But the media's handlers told them what to push. They had false information lined up to push from the beginning such as Chris Mortensen's false PSI numbers. Disinformation campaign that was planned. ESPN (Disney) would retract the false things in the middle of the night. But it was ultimately the test to see if they could create such a mass scale, orchestrated disinformation campaign that people would believe it.
Ask your average person and most will say "Tom Brady was caught deflating footballs" because the media pushed that. The truth is, a 5 million dollar Ted Wells investigation could never prove balls were purposely deflated, and Brady was suspended for possibly knowing about ball deflation that possibly happened.
Ideal gas law, due process, etc all thrown out the window. The media wanted to see if they could take a person that many loved and make people believe complete non-factual things about. It worked. He was the test for DJT.
Brady destroyed his cell phone because they had no legal right to it. His wife sends him nudes, etc. Private convos. If your employer demanded to see what's on your personal phone, you wouldn't comply.
