As long as you keep putting others before yourself you will be fine.
Focus on that.
We're in a world of shit. The only reason this isn't hell is because there are worse realities. Imagine those in jail and being tortured for crimes they did not commit.
Imagine those that are so addicted that they haunt this reality never satiated always looking for the next hit.
Imagine those that live violently and without any compassion.
Imagine yourself breathing in their pain and suffering and breathing out light and energy.
There is always a worse kind of hell and imagining it and feeling compassion pulls us right out of ours.
