There are articles out there debunking that at least the pee party portion of the dossier originally came from 4chan, but the timelines the reporters/journalists used to debunk don't seem to match up to the entire episode timeline. Disclaimer: I did not witness what evolved on 4chan directly, so someone that did would need to speak to that.
