I have met the NC State Insurance Commissioner. He requested a detailed list of charges. They sent him a couple hundred blank pages. The state pays out MILLIONS of dollars a year in premiums and co-pays and can't even get a list of the charges they are paying for. That is total bullshit.
You'll never convince them that they were in any way responsible for how things played out that day.
