IDAHO 17 and mystery gov't operations
POSTS on qresear.ch and radio forum RE IDAHO 17
DEC 27 2020 Been looking at this plane some more today, it's still out there. But in a Facebook group back in June it was taking part in operations in the DC area, and the July 2020 issue of Spectrum Monitor magazine mentions it was part of a mystery gov't operation in the Houston TX area. Sure gets around and makes me think it's more than just training or end of year hours.
