It can't be won in the courts.
State legislatures are allowed to discard the result of an election if they don't like it and pick whoever they please. This is essentially what they did when they ignored the fact that Trump actually won and decided to go with Biden. They have free will to do that. And proving that there was fraud in the poll that they do every 4 years to gauge the mood of the People doesn't override that free will.
