It's like there is a Red overlay intentionally placed on this picture. We have not had this with any other Scavino images that I can recall.
Why is the red overlay only on Trump? There is no way this is accidental artifacts. Not noticeable until you look closely.
It's on his collar and the back of his head as well. I don't think it's a reflection. It looks added to the original picture.
Sure but that has nothing to do with the red artifact layer added to this picture showing up on his cuffs, collar and on his head.
