In Western astrology, that is the order of the constellations which straddle the ecliptic (the apparent path that the Sun traces around the Earth). There's also Ophiuchus, but only his foot touches the ecliptic, and most of Ophiuchus is not on the ecliptic, so that constellation doesn't serve as a time-marker as do the classical 12 signs. Ophiuchus is associated with precession, though - along with the "serpent" he's wrangling (the Milky Way).
Current thought on the Great Year says its length is about 26,000 years, but ancient Hindu traditions say it's more like 24,000 years with each Great Age lasting 2,000 years; and also that precession isn't uniform over time, but varies. There is some historical and archaeological evidence which supports this view.
Many astrologers are now saying that the Grand Mutation/Great Conjunction which we just experienced nine days ago is the true "dawning of the Age of Aquarius." This is because Jupiter and Saturn conjoined in celestial longitude, and came very close to parallel in declination, in the first degree of Aquarius - at a time when the Sun is at the edge of the constellation of Aquarius at the Vernal Equinox. All this synchronicity happening exactly on the Winter Solstice just might be the true beginning of the new Great Age.
Based on what's been presented by the Q drops, it seems quite likely that things will change very much very soon. I continue to pray that the changes will be for the better.
