DOJ filed a very important case at SCOTUS November 13th….
It started in the 9th Circuit when CA and City/County San Francisco filed a complaint against DOJ (Sessions) for cutting off their JAG Funds….no surprise the DOJ lost in the Federal Lower Court and in the 9th Circuit Appellate Court so now they are at SCOTUS

to impose the notice and access conditions on grantees
that accept Byrne JAG awards.

Whether the Department may withhold Byrne
JAG funds from respondents for noncompliance with
8 U.S.C. 1373.
DOJ found CA/City/County (San Francisco) were in violation of their 'contract' under the JAG program so DOJ withheld funding
Seems straight-forward and THIS is why this case is so important…..it will SET PRECEDENT FOR ALL FEDERAL PROGRAMS and what States/Soros-funded LOCAL GOVS can get away with while receiving TAX PAYER MONEY

The Federal awarding agency must communicate to the non-Federal entity all relevant public policy requirements, including those in general appropriations provisions, and incorporate them either directly or by reference in the terms and conditions of the Federal award.
