I'm no lawfag but it sure looks to me like Doug Ducey's son, Joe Ducey, had his underage drinking and using a fake ID charges dismissed. Can a lawfag tell me if vacated is the same as dismissed? When my kid got popped for the same offense she had to spend a week watching drunk horror flicks at an AA building. She came home and told me I wasn't an alcoholic, that I was a problem drinker cuz when I drank it was a problem. kek Ducey's kid sure did have a high priced lawyer. Larry Kazan is a big wig.
