The problem is that some smallish towns have been gutted by Walmart, leaving it the only place to shop. Don't say go somewhere else. We try to shop at local stores but the options in small towns are limited. It's either Walmart or Amazon for a lot of items. It's 60+ miles to the next decent sized town.
I do a lot of shopping at the mom and pop stores but some items are only found at Walmart. This is made worse by the fact our bitch governor has closed all non essential stores.
A legit hospital would not do any procedure on someone with Covid. They wouldn't do an operation on my uncle's arm because he had a tiny scratch that was infected.
