any business owner who acts like they're doing someone a favor for hiring them is a fucking faggot.
the people that work for you are what make your business work.
without employees, you're shit.

pretty much.
any trust fund baby can just hire people to run an entire business and then sit back and do nothing but collect a paycheck.
someone itt thinks they're hot shit for being a business owner and acting like they're above the people that work for them.
same.
learned to keep my mouth shut and let them fail on their own.
now i'm starting my own shit flipping cars and restoring muscle cars.
that'd be my preferred biz but gotta stick with what's legal here for now.
backwards ass place still doesn't even sell beer on sundays here.
>we are all created equal
it's a nice sentiment but simply not true in the real world.
people born into a family that has millions/billions and a multi-million dollar trust set up for them when they turn 18 are already further ahead of the game than someone who has nothing.
seems like the topic of the bread currently.
unfortunately we don't have free trade, market, etc.
anything you do, you have to get approval in the form of a license/insurance/etc from the government.
if we had true free trade, i could create any product i want in my own yard and sell it to anyone who wants to buy it.
read a article a while back that said 80% of the time, employees don't leave jobs because it's a bad job but they leave because of bad management.
we're just numbers in a computer to them.
most big businesses are run by the shareholders/board members anyway.
bent over backwards for my last job and it was like pulling teeth trying to get a raise.
wonder if they get any kind of insurance breaks for doing so..
it takes money to start any business.
most people aren't born with enough to do so.
>you gotta start somewhere
many employers seem to forget that or simply don't care.
i'm talking about companies that make millions per year and instead of cutting out an extra million from their bottom line (heaven forbid they can't take 1 extra trip to tahiti or hawaii that year) to better pay their employees, they'd rather hire people from a temp service to replace them. (had the 2nd in charge tell our entire crew this shit once)
shit, don't tempt me kek.
i've got nothing tying me to place and have been wanting to get out for years.
got a car i need to finish putting together (install new wiring harness and weld in some patches) that i just bought for 14k and going to flip for about 30k then i'm ready to rock'n'roll.
