Perhaps the biggest hurdle for the people is the "why."

Even for devout Christians, who largely claim to believe a burning bush spoke to Moses, they seem so quick to reject that the supernatural (God's hand which controls and can intervene in our material world) is in full operation today.

Accepting the supernatural is the 'gateway drug' to The Almighty Father and his son Christ.
