If I was writing a movie dependent on my vilified by the world protagonist pulling the unbelievable off and winning despite the entirety of government being against him and half of society working against him with a rigged Presidential election, I'd write it as a very shocking plot twist.

Personally, I don't trust Pence at all. But if this plot twist were to come in this "movie", I'd write it as he's been a triple agent giving the Deep State a sense of safety, pretending to work against Trump, while the entire time for decades he was actually primed for this exact moment in time and it is a closely guarded secret, hell, perhaps even he just knows himself that he'll do the right thing. "Patriots Are in Full Control" along with a blindside move that incapacitates the Deep State, playing them for fools the whole time.

I don't trust Pence, but we'll just have to wait and see.
