I have figured out a solution to this mask bs. Of course it calls for a minor amount of violence and that im not okay with, but it is a potential solution (no one dies at least in my plan). First you gather approximately 30 able bodied men and place them in a location where it is known police and security are going to act stupid and violate your rights to not be masked. You're 30 guys have masks on. Covering as much of their as possible. Then you have thr decoy. The man to be arrested, assaulted, etc. This man doesn't wear his mask. When your 4-5 goons decide its time to descent on the decoy, the 30 guys surround them. You give them the choice, leave the guy without a mask alone or have you guys crush them.
Like I said, I dont like the the violent aspect of it, but it does have a unity principle to it. We gotta show tyrants everywhere when you mess with one, you mess with ALL. Yif you guys don't like it, I can go back to the drawing board.
