Look up Falconview as an example…organically developed and maintained within the DoD…
Replaced by black box software developed overseas…
Also consider the insanity of the DoD not having a real time OS designed and maintained within the DoD …every time we buy a platform we buy yet another marginally compatible OS probably developed by actors outside the US interest…
