The State Department and intelligence community have leaked to the MSM for years in order to shape the narrative. The current approach has been to 'leak' on qresearch and related communities, not the MSM.
There is also the question of awakening the world to what has been happening. It must be done precisely and completely with only one opportunity to get it right.
Anon can think of only one way to end a color revolution successfully. Force would increase division. Political victory would cement that division and doom us to decades of enmity.
