Not a law fag but I handled matters like this in a healthcare setting. Do you have a Healthcare Power of Attorney? Does she have a living will?
It would specifically say HEALTHCARE Power of Attorney or Living Will. If those were signed her primary care physician should have a copy. Look through your Power of Attorney papers very carefully and see if it mentions healthcare. If it does not then you need to get a healthcare POA as soon as possible. You may want to call the attorney’s office that drew up the POA papers.
I believe Roberts will be the first arrest.
