Wonder how many "images" of Ballots exist from past elections? Could the Pulitzer method be used to verify counts in all going back to when these machines were first used?
From the sounds of it this could be done in a few weeks if the images are still in existence.
I have always been suspicious of the almost perfect 50/50 split we get all the time.
My state turned blue when we started using them and now we are a focus for fraud in this one.
