Members of PA House and Senate Write Letter to McConnell and McCarthy to Dispute Fraudulent Election Results After 205,000 Bogus Votes Discovered

Retired Army Colonel and Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano wrote the Acting Deputy Attorney General Richard Donoghue on Monday on the general election voter irregularities and fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

The most damning evidence against Democrat fraud in the state is the fact that 205,122 more votes were counted in the state than the number of people who voted!

On Thursday Senator Mastriano and several members of the Pennsylvania House and Senate wrote a letter to Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and House GOP leader Keven McCarthy asking the GOP leaders to dispute the fraudulent results in Pennsylvania.

There were several irregularities, anomalies, and outright fraud in Pennsylvania that stole the landslide election from President Trump in the state.

The Pennsylvania lawmakers asked this from McConnell and McCarthy until the investigations on election fraud are completed.

Minnesota legislators say COVID-19 death totals have been inflated in their state, call for an audit

Two Minnesota state representatives are calling for a national audit of the published coronavirus death totals nationwide, claiming that the figures have been inflated by including individuals who died of obviously non-illness related reasons (like car crashes) after they had a positive test for the novel coronavirus.

Reps. Mary Franson and Scott Jensen, both Republicans, made the comments on "Tucker Carlson Tonight" Tuesday. According to Franson, "I enlisted some people that are really good at understanding data … to go through those death files and what I found was shocking because I was just hoping that it was a myth, but indeed, Minnesota is classifying some deaths as COVID when clearly, they should not be."

Franson went on to state her belief that the mischaracterized deaths are part of the reason that the state remains in lockdown, which is harming the state's economy. She specifically noted that restaurants are only allowed to serve people in Minnesota outside, which is obviously less than ideal in December.

Jensen specifically faulted the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for the mischaracterized deaths, saying, "When the Department of Health and the CDC [Centers for Disease Control] decided to change the rules that had been in place for 17 years by encouraging the diagnosis of COVID-19 in situations that we never would have otherwise, they were abandoning their long-held commitment to precisely identifying the inciting or the initiating event that would lead to a sequence of events that would lead to a person's demise."

According to official totals, over 344,000 Americans have died of the coronavirus as of the time of the publication of this article. The exact number of these deaths that should be counted as coronavirus deaths has been the subject of controversy, since essentially everyone who dies while under a coronavirus diagnosis — regardless of whether coronavirus was the primary or even significant contributing factor to their death — is being included in the totals. Medical professionals and the CDC have argued that those deaths should be included in totals when the novel coronavirus was one of several contributing illnesses that led to a person's death.

However, a number of stories have emerged since the start of the pandemic of individuals who have died of obviously non-coronavirus related causes (like car wrecks, assaults, etc.) being included in coronavirus death totals because they had been diagnosed with coronavirus. It is as yet unknown how widespread these errors might be.

Minnesota remains under lockdown orders imposed by Minnesota's Democratic governor Tim Walz. Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison has aggressively targeted Minnesota bars and restaurants who have violated these orders, leading many small business owners in the state to chafe against the lockdown restrictions.

LEVIN: ‘Not Asking Too Much’ For Pence, Republicans ‘To Uphold The U.S. Constitution’ On January 6

Republicans "must make it clear to the Democrats that we, the people, who believe in this Republic, will not roll over," writes Mark Levin.

In an editorial written for The Blaze, radio host and Constitutional scholar Mark Levin made the case for why Congress must examine the credible accusations of widespread voter fraud.

As National File has reported extensively, Vice President Mike Pence and Republican members of the U.S. House and Senate have the ability to throw out the electoral votes from states with credible accusations of widespread voter fraud. Levin calls for Congress to uphold the Constitutional duty in this fashion.

“Win, lose, or draw, on January 6, the Republicans must not act as if ‘the people have spoken’ and be cowered into passivity or worse,” wrote Levin. “Too many Republicans have already buckled, including the Senate Republican leader, Mitch McConnell, Sen. John Thune, and Rep. Adam Kinzinger.”

While Levin stops short of mentioning the Vice President, there are two pending lawsuits against him, one by The Amistad Project and another by Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) and a collection of Republican electors, due to his perceived unwillingness to uphold the Constitution on January 6.

However, it would seem that Levin would include Pence by default, as during the January 6 joint session of Congress, Pence, in his role as President of the Senate, will be the presiding officer. National File has contacted Levin to clarify this point.

Levin then recaps the litany of credible fraud accusations in four of the battleground states, and notes that “key, if not core, aspects of state election laws were fundamentally altered in contravention of the explicit power granted to the state legislatures and, therefore, in violation of the federal Constitution.” He continues, “And this is before we even get to the issue of voter fraud.”

The Constitutional scholar then argues that, should Republicans allow this behavior to stand unchallenged, “The Democrats will view this as a sure sign that they are free to do more and even worse,” and “It will become extremely difficult for Republicans to win nationwide elections (something the ten or so GOP senators who wish to run for president should keep in mind).”

“Nonetheless,” Levin concludes, “It is not asking too much for the Republicans to uphold the United States Constitution — which they all took an oath to do — and to fight to preserve and protect the plain words set forth in Article II.” He adds, “And they must make it clear to the Democrats that we, the people, who believe in this Republic, will not roll over! Now, let’s see how many statesmen there are among Republican members of Congress.”

This comes as an advisor to President Trump’s campaign has echoed these sentiments, and noted that Pence has the unique ability to force Congress to uphold the Constitution by tossing electoral votes from contested states with widespread accusations of fraud on January 6.

This would result in a contingent election, where each state represented in the House of Representatives would cast one vote for the president, almost certainly resulting in a second term for President Trump.

Paris police chief faces backlash for including Trotsky quote in New Year greetings card

Paris police chief, Didier Lallement, has caused a stir after quoting Marxist revolutionary Leon Trotsky in his official New Year greetings cards, sent out to hundreds of elected officials and institutions across the region.

After a tough 2020 and apparently seeking to inspire some camaraderie heading into the new year, Lallement drew on a passage from the founder of the Bolshevik Red Army in which Trotsky attempted to rally his “comrades” against the Russian bourgeoisie.

The French police chief selected a couple of lines from Volume One of Trotsky’s ‘Military Writings’, dated April 21, 1918 - months before the infamous ‘Red Terror’, the Bolshevik-led campaign of violence and executions in Russia.

“I am deeply convinced that we will create the necessary order by joint efforts, no matter how the black crows croak,” the quote reads.

“Just know and remember firmly that outside of this - collapse and destruction are inevitable.”

‘I am French’ claims Boris Johnson's father as he announces he's applying for French citizenship

The father of British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is joining the hundreds of thousands of Britons who have already applied for citizenship of a European country as the Brexit transition period comes to an end on New Year's Eve.

Speaking to RTL radio in France, Stanley Johnson, a former Member of the European Parliament (MEP) himself, said he was “very happy” to be applying for French citizenship on the basis of his heritage.

“If I understand it correctly, I am French. My mother was born in France, her mother was totally French as was her grandfather. So for me it is about reclaiming what I already have. And that makes me very happy,” said the 80-year-old Johnson, who spoke in French.

The father of the PM, who voted against his son's ‘leave’ campaign in the 2016 EU referendum, claimed having ties with the European Union is “important” but asserted “one cannot tell the British people: you are not Europeans.”

“I will always be a European, that's for sure,” he adds.

Stanley Johnson joins a list of hundreds of thousands of Britons who have applied for citizenship in the European Union in the lead up to the UK's withdrawal from the bloc.

Figures published in early 2020, before Britain officially left the EU and entered the ‘transition period’, show that more than 350,000 Britons had applied for nationality of an EU member state since 2016.

Many UK citizens had looked to take advantage of their Irish heritage, with Irish passport applications rising from 7,372 in 2015 to 54,859 in 2019.

France has seen a similar increase in applications, rising from just 320 in 2015 to 3,827 in 2019.

After Britain leaves the EU on Thursday night, UK passport holders will be subject to different rules when travelling to the EU and Britons will no longer be able to move freely across the 27-nation bloc to find work.

Woman Arrested for Sharing Video of ‘Empty’ Hospital in England

Police in England have arrested a woman in connection with a video of an allegedly “empty” hospital in Gloucestershire that was posted on social media.

Gloucestershire Constabulary police officers arrested the woman on Tuesday, on suspicion of a supposed “public order offence“.

The 46-year-old woman has been bailed until January on the condition that she does not enter any NHS facility except for a health emergency or appointment, according to the local news outlet Gloucestershire Live.

In the video posted on social media, the woman is heard saying: “Where’s the second wave? Where’re all the people dying from the second wave?” as she wanders through the largely deserted corridors of the hospital.

“We’ve just been locked down in Gloucestershire into Tier 3, for this? For an empty hospital, look at it, this is a disgrace,” the unnamed woman went on.

“To be honest I didn’t expect it to be this quiet,” the woman said, adding: “I expected a few more people to be around.”

“This is a disgrace. It is so dead. All the people in our country desperately waiting for treatment, cancer treatment heart disease, honestly this is making me so angry,” she concluded.

It is said to have been shared around 80,000 times on Facebook before being taken down, although sympathisers have uploaded fragments of the video to other platforms, such as Twitter.

In a statement, the Gloucestershire Police said: “Following a number of reports in relation to a video filmed by a member of the public at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital and posted online, officers arrested a 46-year-old woman yesterday (Tuesday 29 December) on suspicion of a public order offence.”

“The woman has been bailed to return to police on 21 January, with conditions that she cannot enter any NHS premises or the grounds of any such premises, unless in the case of an emergency or to attend a pre-arranged NHS appointment,” the police force added.

The woman claims a “thug of an officer” tried to “drag me off” wearing only a nightgown and “twisted my hands behind my back in handcuffs”, although she was eventually allowed to get dressed. She added that she was held in a police cell until 11:30 p.m. before being released.

In response to the arrest, London mayoral candidate David Kurten said: “A woman was arrested for filming this video of an empty hospital. This is not a crime. It is tyrannical to use the police to intimidate and harass whistleblowers.”

Over 4,100 People Shot in Mayor Lightfoot’s Chicago in 2020

Over 4,100 people were shot in Mayor Lori Lightfoot’s (D) Chicago January 1, 2020, through December 27, 2020.

The Chicago Tribune reports the exact figure at 4,115 shooting victims, a total that represents fatal and non-fatal shootings combined.

The Tribune isolates homicides in a separate body of data, noting there were 768 homicides in Chicago January 1, 2020, through December 27, 2020. This is up considerably over 2019, a year in which the Chicago Police Department noted 491 homicides in the city.

Breitbart News reported some 27 people were shot, seven fatally, in Mayor Lightfoot’s Chicago over the past weekend alone. Seventeen were shot, three fatally, over the weekend of December 11-13, 2020, and 40 people were shot, six fatally, over the weekend prior to that.

Shootings on Chicago’s expressways also surged in 2020, with 87 such shootings occurring by October 10, 2020. WGNTV explained that 57 people were wounded in the 87 shooting and six people were killed.

By December 7, 2020, NBC 5 indicated that the number of expressway shootings in Chicago had reached 115. There were a total of 52 expressway shootings in Chicago in 2019.

California Judges Reopen ‘Flores’ Border Gate for Coyotes, Cartels, Migrants

Three white-collar judges in San Francisco are reopening the judge-created, 1997 border gateway that has allowed at least one million wage-cutting economic migrants to flood into the jobs, housing, and schools needed by blue-collar Americans.

“They’re basically saying, ‘Bring a child with you across the border and it is a get-out-of-jail card,'” said John Miano, a lawyer with the Immigration Reform Law Institute.

The December 30 decision by the judges on the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit rejected a careful 2019 regulation by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which is intended to replace the 1997 Flores rules.

The Flores policy was set in 1997 by California Judge Dolly Gee in cooperation with pro-migration officials in President Bill Clinton’s administration and various pro-migration groups. The Flores court settlement enables and invites migrants to overwhelm U.S. border rules by first claiming asylum to prevent quick deportation and then using their children to get released after 20 days into U.S. workplaces.

The judges said President Donald Trump’s DHS regulation would wrongly end the 1997 Flores‘ catch and release policy:

Together, the DHS regulations regarding the release of accompanied minors and the revised definition of “licensed facility” dramatically increase the likelihood that accompanied minors will remain in government detention indefinitely, instead of being released while their immigration proceedings are pending or housed in nonsecure, licensed facilities. Effecting this change was one of the principal features of the [DHS] Final Rule. The government “strongly disagrees” with our holding in Flores [1997] that “the plain [catch and release] language of the Agreement clearly encompasses accompanied minors [with parents].”

“That’s the puzzling thing — how can a [1997 Cinton] arrangement like this be used to bind every future administration?” asked Miano. “That is nuts … it seems contrary to any democratic process.”

The judges did not bar DHS from holding migrant adults for long periods — but they also know that pro-migration Democrats and media outlets will emotionally slam the separation of children from their migrant parents after 20 days. For example, in October, President-elect Joe Biden declared:

Their kids were ripped from their arms and separated and now they cannot find over 500 of sets of those parents and those kids are alone. Nowhere to go. Nowhere to go. It’s criminal, it’s criminal.

Since his election, Biden has begun describing his pro-migration border policy as “family reunification.”

The judges’ decision allows Biden to keep the Flores gateway open during his first term — despite Trump’s regulatory closure — and use the 20-day rule to justify releasing many wage-cutting migrants into the jobs needed by blue-collar Americans. So far, very few white-collar journalists have defended the right of blue-collar Americans to their own national labor market.

Trump’s deputies did not release the DHS regulation until August 2019, 32 months after he took office. The late release — and slow judicial consideration — means that his deputies do not have time to get the Supreme Court to overturn the California judges’ veto.

The judges insisted the Flores gateway has any impact on the flow of migrants through the obstacle course of dangers that lie between migrants’ homes and the jobs they want in the United States. “The crux of the government’s … argument is that an unprecedented increase in the number of minors arriving annually at U.S. borders warrants termination of the [1997] Agreement,” said the judges’ decision, released December 30. The decision continues:

According to the government, “irregular family migration” has increased by 33 times since 2013, and in 2019, more than 500,000 people traveling as families reached the southwest border.

Police Chief Who Did Nothing as BLM Ripped Down Statue Honoured with Medal

The police chief who stood back and did nothing as Black Lives Matter activists ripped down a historic statue in Bristol, England, during lockdown has received a medal in the New Year Honours.

Superintendent Andy Bennet was in charge of the response — or non-response — to BLM activists pouring into the streets of Bristol despite a national lockdown to topple a 125-year-old bronze of Edward Colston (1636–1721), a figure once revered as a great Christian philanthropist responsible for endowing many almshouses, schools, and other charitable organisation who has since been transformed into a hate figure for his then-unremarkable business links to the slave trade.

“I do understand why it’s happened, it’s very symbolic,” Bennett told reporters after the incident, which saw officers look on as BLM activists spend some considerable amount of time defacing the fallen statue and then dragging it through the streets to throw into the harbour.

“We made a very tactical decision that to stop them from doing the act may have caused further disorder, and we decided the safest [thing] to do, in terms of our policing tactics, was to allow it to take place,” he went on.

“[T]he right thing to do was just to allow it to happen, because what we did not want is tension,” he concluded — more or less admitting that he was unwilling to enforce the law for fear of upsetting BLM.

Bennett’s lack of action was harshly criticised by many, but he would later double down on his behaviour, saying: “No one got hurt and we had no arrests in the whole protest. That is 10,000 passionate people. Bristol should be proud of itself.”

The ineffectual officer’s summary of events neatly skips over the fact that the reason there were no arrests or scuffles with police is that the police simply allowed activists to break the law unmolested, however.

Prominent Black Lives Matter activist Lewis Hamilton, of Formula One fame, received the even higher honour of a knighthood in the same Honours list.
