Yeah. Nope.

Died of complications from heart surgery after having a heart attack supposedly brought on by covid.

I've accidentally left shit out of the fridge before. It happens. Not illegal at all. You mark it damaged and there's a return procedure to get some of your money back.

 

For them to know he left it out not once but twice, there must be video evidence. Deliberately adulterating (spoiling) a drug is a crime, but likely wouldn't be prosecuted unless you allowed that drug to be dispensed to a patient.
