i read through the laws, breaking your oath means that you have to be removed from your post, staying in that position means that you are impersonating an elected official because you abdicated by violating your oath, it is a federal crime to verify a fraudulent election and to impersonate an elected official, and its a federal crime for his staff to take orders from him.
So three counts on all pushing validating the fraudulent election, fraud, impersonation and violation of oath, these basic three counts apply to ALL who push the fraud. the courts can then dig on the motives be they treason or blackmail.

I was looking into the laws today, and if you verify a fraudulent election you violate your oath, if you violate your oath then you are NOT legitimate in office, if you retain your office powers then you are impersonating a federal employee , all three are federal crimes
