Note: I live in Montana. He has been respected here, and gets votes from Republicans and Democrats. He has been a rancher and an organic farmer, lentils, yes organic lentils. When I saw this story about his nephew, I smelled a rat, a bloody hit from the deep state, and figured Jon Tester was getting a message to follow orders….or else. His nephew was a decent guy, lived in the woods with his daughter, smoked dope, not the kind of guy somebody would want to with an axe. His facebook posts were deemed strange by his friends. The cops had no suspects, and now, a couple of years later, they have come up with some love triangle story.

Police say Robert Tester—nephew of a Montana senator—was attacked in his Spokane, Washington, home in a possible drug-related slaying as his young daughter cowered in her bed.
Early on a school morning, a stranger burst into the bedroom where Robert Tester’s daughter was sleeping. The man told the 8-year-old to stay in bed. He was going to kill her father.
Tester, nephew of Montana Sen. Jon Tester, was found dead in his home outside of Spokane, Washington, on Tuesday morning. According to police, the murderer attacked Robert Tester with a wood-splitting axe, killing him in his living room while his young daughter hid in bed. Tester left behind bags of marijuana and a mysterious Facebook post that appeared to predict his troubles.
